*About the Role*
We are currently recruiting for a Brand Manager.
In this role you will work closely with the Head of Marketing and Assistant Brand Manager, and play a key role in developing and executing the marketing plan for the Chessington World of Adventures Resort brand across the Theme Park & Zoo, Short Breaks & Resort Accommodation, and Go Ape.
You will be responsible for all owned media channels across the Resort including signage, mobile app and website, ensuring consistent, accurate and timely content supporting the overall marketing strategy and Resort KPI targets.
As our brand guardian, you'll be accountable for ensuring that everything that carries our logo inside or outside the Resort is compelling, consistent and aligned to our essence of Wild Adventure. You'll constantly champion the consumer perspective, always spotting opportunities for new products and markets.
In addition to this, you'll draw on your commercial acumen by getting the best out of agency relationships, keeping a close eye on how well marketing activity is hitting performance targets and making recommendations to drive our continued success.
* About You *
We are looking for the following skills and experience:
* A graduate with a strong track record with around 4 years' experience across all the key marketing disciplines - ideally including advertising, media, creative design, print, project management, online and customer insight.
* A proven people manager, whether it be an internal team or agencies, support functions or suppliers.
* As well as successful campaigns, you'll know how to present your ideas convincingly - successfully winning others round to your point of view.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, negotiation and influencing skills.
* Highly self-motivated, able to work alone or with teams.
