MILK Education are working with a Primary School in Ashington to appoint a Learning Support Assistant.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to provide support in the classroom.

Those applying should have previous experience of working with primary-aged children and preferably experience of working with children with autism. This experience may have been gained within a mainstream education, in a specialist provision or potentially outside of education.

We offer successful applicants the opportunity to work as part of a supportive and multi-disciplinary team.

We welcome applications from those who:

* Have experience of working with children or adults who have SEND (desirable)
* Have knowledge of Autism (desirable)
* Have a professional manner
* Are enthusiastic and have a friendly approach
* Have good literacy and numeracy skills
