1. Field Service Manager
Field operations Manager, Field Engineering Manager, Field Manager
This role will be responsible for leading the install and maintenance team and developing the Group's capacity and capability on all ANPR, CCTV and signage installs. Effective team management and an attention to details is required to lead and develop an industry leading field-based team. Your team is based around the UK and consist of 8 - 10 fiield engineers. You will be based from the Lancing office with limited travel beyond this. You can work from home a day or two per week
1. Primary Duties & Areas of Responsibility
* To manage all aspects of the Install and Maintenance team comprised of field based engineers and office-based staff
* To develop the teams capabilities in-line with the Group's growth ambitions and the development of new services
* To be an active member of the management team, providing operational leadership and direction to achieve agreed service levels, SLA's, cost targets and procedural compliance
* Produce all elements of Management Information to drive improvements to processes and productivity
* To be responsible for Service Delivery Health and Safety requirements with support from the Health and Safety Manager
* To provide effective leadership that ensures high quality standards within remote teams
* To act as an enabler in order to maximise team member's motivation to meet business objectives
* To be responsible for the performance and development of team members
* To create synergy between teams ensuring positive working relationships and effective communication is maintained with key stakeholders - including ANPR, Sales and Technology
* To establish new methods of working, services and regions as the business grows
* To continually improve the operational systems, processes and policies to enhance the quality of service

1. Special Working Conditions
The post holder will be required to travel occasionally to office locations, sites or suppliers.
