Sitting within Teaching Personnel team, TP Tutors is a nimble and energetic team of 30, spread across England and Wales. As a Recruitment and Operations Manager at TP Tutors, you bring schools and educators together, to improve the education experience for pupils. You will take responsibility for managing and co-shaping the delivery of the Company's tuition solutions under the exciting National Tutoring Programme (NTP) and Tuition Branches.

To understand the business objectives in relation to delivering the NTP and drive results in line with this
To provide effective feedback to senior management and the Tuition Managing Director in relation to the NTP and Tuition in schools and LA services via monthly meetings
To successfully manage the induction of new Tuition Manager Leads and Tuition Branch Managers through coaching, professional development courses and briefing on roles and responsibilities
To develop partnerships with key clients on Tuition Programmes, including new using schools and MATs across all branches
To conduct meetings with MATs and other relevant schools to discuss and sell the benefits of the TP Tutors tuition serviceWho You Are
