JOB TITLE: Senior Vendor Marketing Manager

SALARY: £40,000 + £2,500 quarterly bonus if KPI's are hit

BENEFITS: Healthcare, Pension, 25 days holiday

Established in the 80's, XMA has grown to become one of the top ten largest value-added resellers in the UK. Today, we're an independent UK company with full geographic coverage - and our skilled workforce serves a diverse customer base across the public and private sector.

We win awards for our ability to help organisations and users achieve more with technology. We specialise in realising individual ambitions to transform and evolve. We consult, define, adapt and deliver on real-life outcomes. We collaborate closely to bring that positive impact home.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Vendor Marketing Manager. This is a newly created role and you will own all marketing campaigns for XMA's funding Tier 1 and 2 Vendors.

The Senior Vendor Marketing Manager's role will involve liaising with internal and external stakeholders to plan, pitch, execute and report back on a full range of marketing campaigns, initiatives and activities. You'll be part of a team of 3 individuals delivering marketing campaigns that meet business objectives, engage customers and drive sales. You'll be a salesperson when you pitch great ideas, a project manager when executing a plan with your supporting agency and a communication officer between internal stakeholders and external vendor representation. Finally, you'll be a presenter when you review your work.

LOCATION: St Albans - 2 days in the office, 3 days working from home.

COMMUTABLE LOCATIONS: Hertfordshire, Greater London, Bedfordshire, Berkshire, Middlesex.

The responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

· Maintaining and managing internal and external stakeholder relationships.

· Planning and executing a quarterly/half calendar of marketing activities.

· Aligning objectives and impacting both external and internal goals.

· Campaign briefing to marketing agencies and internal marketing executives.

This role will ideally suit someone with experience within the channel, for example at an IT reseller, vendor or distributor, though this is not a necessity. What is essential, however, is experience of planning and executing marketing activities, confidence in presenting and strong communication skills with an excellent commercial understanding.

Experience in high level relationship building with C-suite/Director and decision makers. You'll also be highly organised with the ability to manage projects and work to deadlines.
