Working for a specialist branding company based in Redditch, due to internal promotion we are now looking for a Finance Assistant
Day-to-day duties and responsibilities for the Finance Assistant role.
Post and allocate cash daily on
Cash book reconciliations
Raise Sales Invoices/Credit notes on Clarity
Raise commercial invoices
Sales ledger reconciliation
Dealing with invoice queries
Logging Purchase Ledger Invoices, distribute for sign off
Enter purchase ledger invoices, Check Purchase ledger log at month end and chase if necessary.
Overhead analysis, analyse out nominal codes onto excel from Sage 200
Fuel Card Analysis
Month End Duties - Cashbook and sales ledger reconciliations
Enter Remedial data onto spreadsheet
What you'll need to succeed in our Finance Assistant role
Previous experience in a similar role
Excellent Excel skills
Previous experience work with Sage 200 desirable
Problem solving skills
Planning and organisational skills
