A leading global investment bank is looking for a coordinator to join its recruitment team on a long-term temporary basis. They are looking for someone who is highly organised and a strong communicator, able to deal with many moving parts. Ideally, they are looking for someone who has experience in a recruitment environment however if you are a strong coordinator wanting to diversify your skill set and work hard to see success, this could be for you!

THE ROLE:

Working with onsite recruiters to provide efficient and flexible recruitment support
Acting as the main point of contact for offer management
Running checks and pulling reports in the Oracle system
Supporting on ad hoc projects such as vendor management
Screening candidates
Building relationships with different departments
Chasing reference checks and ensuring all new starter information is collected ESSENTIALS:

Experience using an Application Tracking System or Customer Relationship Management
Confident liaising with a variety of stakeholders
Proficient in MS Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
Ability to be proactive, use initiative and multi-task
Time management and prioritisation skills
Excellent attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
Organisational and interpersonal skills
