Working for successful and growing local multi academy trust based in East Riding, HU16 you will be responsible for supporting the strategic development of each school, working closely with Headteachers, Head of Finance and Director of Business to enable effective decision making across the trust.
* Financial Management working with Senior Leaders across you schools, you will be responsible for monitoring and maintaining up to date budgets, financial plans, forecasts, expenditure reports ensuring that the trust is able to maximise income and provide the outcome for learners
* Payroll - support the strategic recruitment plan with each designated school to ensure staffing decisions are factoring into the school's budget, reconcile information monthly, working in collaboration with the Operations Manager
* Premise Management - To work with the Head of Estates and Headteachers to develop a longterm premise and asset plan securing external funding and grants where available
* Leadership and Management - working together with the Trust Senior Leadership Team to ensure staff are fulfilling their professional financial responsibilities
