Business and Process Analyst (Finance)
London (24 month FTC)
Grade 7 - £46,041 to £54,943 per annum + Pension contribution
Our London based higher education client is looking to recruit a Business and Process Analyst to join their vibrant finance team.
This is a fixed-term project role that will provide business analysis support to the SAP Replacement project, supporting the different parts of the project life cycle; design, development/configuration, testing, deployment, change management. The Business & Process Analyst will be a key role in supporting the whole project team, including the Project Manager, Project Delivery Leads, and Change Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
To support the Finance implementation aspect of the project (may also work on HR implementation if required).
Worth with external implementation partner to ensure appropriate understanding of business requirements and evaluate the technical solution to ensure it meets business requirements.
Produce clear, written documents that can be easily understood by a variety of users and decision makers with widely different levels of understanding.
Develop and maintain effective working relationships with key stakeholders of the project, project team members and Subject Matter experts (SME's).
Support the delivery of the Project by working closely with Project Manager and Project Delivery Leads ensuing they are fully briefed as necessary to facilitate the management of the project.Essential Criteria:
Degree qualified or relevant practical experience.
Good understanding of finance functions in a higher education context.
Good understanding of an ERP.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills which will develop and maintain positive and effective working relationships.
Ability to influence others effectively to make decisions that are aligned with business needs.
Able to work in a pressurised environment.
Excellent organisational skills.Benefits:
