Ambitious about Autism is currently looking for an Account Manager - Employ Autism to join our development team.
Our Employ Autism programme is being developed to increase the confidence of employers in recruiting and retaining autistic talent by offering paid experiences of work.
The programme is growing each year with increasing numbers of employers partnering with us and starting their journey to attract autistic applicants. In addition, the programme works with a variety of employability service providers to improve understanding of autism within their delivery.
We are seeking to increase our partnership reach, establishing regional networks across the country and evidencing good practice through longitudinal research and evaluation. This role will support the growth of Employ Autism and the effective delivery of the programme aims.
We are looking for someone that has:
Proven evidence of planning, delivery and evaluation of complex programmes or projects involving a wide range of stakeholders
Knowledge of issues affecting autistic people in relation to employment
Experience of designing and delivering programme/project information to a range of audiences
Up to date knowledge of safeguarding, health and safety, GDPR and diversity and inclusion
