We are looking for a Prospect Research Manager to join our successful High Value Partnerships Team (HVP). This is a key role with responsibility for increasing the size and quality of Asthma + Lung UK's high value prospect pipeline through high quality and insightful prospect research.

Asthma + Lung UK is the only charity in the UK fighting for everyone with a lung condition, aiming for a world where everyone can breathe with healthy lungs. We fund cutting-edge research, provide advice and support for the 12 million people who will get a lung condition during their lifetime. We also campaign for clean air and for better NHS diagnosis and treatment.

Reporting to the Deputy Head of Trusts & Statutory, you will lead on the development of our prospect pipelines across the HVP teams (Trusts, Corporate and Major Donors), including identification of prospects, creation of insightful research profiles, networking mapping and due diligence. You'll work in close partnership with internal teams, senior stakeholders and Trustees to identify and develop relationships with prospects and contribute to improved systems and processes across our fundraising operations, including tracking KPIs and conversion rates.

You will have excellent communication skills, experience of analysing research data to produce structured background research and reports, and a robust understanding of due diligence, data protection laws and the latest GDPR and ICO guidelines. You may have previous experience in the charity sector or have transferable skills and an understanding of the principles of philanthropy and fundraising practices from other sectors. You will be joining a dynamic team with big ambitions for growth, and this role will have an opportunity to make a considerable impact on our work in line with our new 5-year strategy.

As well as a competitive salary, you'll enjoy a range of benefits including 30 days annual leave (plus bank holidays), membership of a health cash plan, employee assistance programme, cycle-to-work scheme, interest-free annual season Travelcard loan and pension scheme. This is a fantastic opportunity to join an organisation committed to being the driving force behind the transformation of lung health.
