Marketing Manager - Residential Developer
Southampton
£DOE + Package
On behalf of our client, ITS Building People (Southampton) are searching for an experienced Marketing Manager to join a well-respected, award-winning house builder in Southampton. The company pride themselves on delivering high quality developments that enhance and develop the local community and its infrastructure.
Responsibilities
Own and manage the marketing strategy for the business as a whole entity with the aim of improving our general profile
Actively own the company's website and coordinate changes and updates with third parties
Own all social media accounts and external press releases, ensuring they are all updated regularly
Own all internal comms, including our monthly newsletter (sourcing stories, writing copy etc.) and updates on any people changes, always ensuring a good quality product is delivered
Own and manage client presentations and bid documents as required, update and maintain a library of standard templates to ensure high quality deliverables - This being a key deliverable/part of the role and will involve multiple stakeholders and interested parties
Own the media library and all brand guidelines - ensuring updates are made in a timely manner, communicated to all stakeholders and kept current
Maintain the business development events tracker/excel CRM system and keep abreast of potential events, liaising with business development key stakeholders regularly
Maintain and manage the external sector awards tracker and pro-actively manage and seek award submissions on behalf of the business
Oversee site specific marketing activity where we are selling homes direct to customers
Experience Required
Qualified to degree level or equivalent in a marketing discipline.
Must have excellent analytical, communication and organisation skills with a strong attention to detail.
Experience in writing copy for website, social media, presentations
Desirable to have experience of - Adobe products, Affinity Publishing and Hootsuite
Operational knowledge of Word Press.
