Healthcare Assistant

Staffex Recruitment are looking for compassionate, experienced Health Care Assistants (HCA'S) to provide high quality care to people who are elderly and have dementia.
Key Responsibilities:
· Provide support in all aspects of daily living
· Assisting with the planning of care / support programmes
· To support / encourage each person in areas of socialisation, communication and imagination.
· You will be required to work flexibly and as part of a team.
· To support and enable service users to experience life opportunities in line with the service philosophy
· Promote a positive image of people with autism
· Ensure the respect, dignity and rights to privacy of service users as far as possible
Skills Required:
· Good clinical skills
· Problem solving skills
· Experience within care environment
· Demonstrate empathy and compassion
· Organised and highly competent at multi-tasking.
· Flexibility and adaptability

We are looking for Healthcare Assistants (HCAs) who:
· 3 Months UK paid care experience
· Driver (preferred but not essential)
· Are positive and reliable
· Want to make a difference
· Are kind, caring and compassionate
· Have a minimum of 3 months' experience of working in care and are comfortable using hoists etc
