About the Job
An excellent overseas job opportunity has arisen in the Middle East with one of our key clients in the Aerospace & Defence sector. We are searching for an experienced Applied Science Instructor responsible for
the ongoing design and development of a number of relevant Applied Science subjects at a military academy based in the Middle East. As Applied Science Instructor you will be responsible for instructing officer cadets in a minimum of two out of three Applied Science subjects (Mathematics, Physics, and Computing).

About the Person
The ideal candidate for this Applied Science Instructor position, will most likely hold a relevant master's degree (preferably an MSc), or equivalent combined with the completion of a one year post graduate teaching course, an Instructional Technique course or equivalent.

To succeed in this role, you will be required to have a relevant University of Military Academy qualification and have specialist knowledge in more or more of the following areas:

Computer Science
Mathematics
Physics
Key Requirements
As the successful candidate for the Applied Science Instructor position, you will be accountable to the Academic Manager Scientific Studies with the following responsibilities:

Instruct in relevant Aerospace subject areas according to the approved syllabus.
Conduct regular assessments to ensure cadets are progressing academically.
Regularly review courseware or relevant subject areas and recommend, implement changes.
Integrate new courseware or equipment into the relevant course and ensure properly maintained.
