Our client is looking to recruit a Refrigeration Service Team Leader, to oversee service and maintenance to a wide range of commercial refrigeration and provide technical support and guidance to both field-based and office-based staff.

Principal Accountabilities and Responsibilities:

- To support and advise engineers on technical issues

- To troubleshoot problem areas

- To provide support to call out engineers

- To deliver on-site training

- To cover service calls along with engineers

- To supervise & Manage maintenance programs and works

- To provide customer relation support

- To monitor and allocate labour

- To cover call out on rota as required

- To provide emergency call out cover within the area

- To promote good refrigeration work practices within the area

- To communicate with the Regional Operations Manager/Supervisor on a regular basis regarding problem sites, changeable works, engineering problems and staff problems

- To motivate and encourage engineers to work as a team

- To carry out such further tasks as may, from time to time, be delegated to you by the Regional Operations Manager/Supervisor.


- People management skills along with a good positive attitude and enthusiastic outlook

- Conversant with various Refrigeration systems

- Interpersonal skills: e.g., clear communication and instruction, assertiveness, problem solving and multi-tasking

- Flexible outlook to your working week as this can change daily

- Organisational skills and the ability to complete paperwork and reports as required.
