The role:

An award winning full service creative agency are looking to recruit an experienced Campaign Manager to join their energetic, collaborative team. They're looking for a digitally savvy, experienced marketing mind to develop and execute influencer marketing strategies and creative campaigns. Working primarily on brand activations for game launches and occasionally other brands within the agency's portfolio.

Your role will involve managing the selection and onboarding of relevant influencer talent in partnership with the agency's talent manager, developing the campaign strategy and managing execution in partnership with their creative and strategy teams, presenting ideas internally and externally to secure sign off.

Key responsibilities include identifying and building relationships with relevant influencers and thought leaders. Developing content ideas, writing, and curating content. Researching relevant industry experts, competitors, target audience and users. Brainstorming new, creative approaches to influencer campaigns.

You'll enjoy keeping abreast of emerging trends, technologies, and influencers. Liaising with the marketing team to create and co-ordinate marketing strategies that work across different channels.

  • A degree in Marketing
  • Proven track record in outreach campaign strategies

Working model:

This agency believes that coming together to collaborate is key to their success and work a hybrid model of 3 days in the studio and 2 remotely.


The salary banding for this role is c£40-£50K dependant on skills and experience. The agency also offer great benefits as well as hosting regular office parties, monthly free lunches, free drinks on a Friday and early Friday finishing during the Summer months.
