Project Manager / Business Analyst

Elevation Recruitment Group looking to recruit a Project Manager who has a blend of PM and BA skills and experience, on behalf of a Rotherham-based consumer services business. The successful Project Manager will be required to carry out on going project work based around a new dialler system that the business have recently invested in.Duties and Responsibilities:*Develop detailed project plans based on changing needs and requirements*Identify and assign project tasks based on the skill sets, experience, and strengths of staff members*Monitor project performance to ensure timely delivery*Gather and document user stories and functional / non-functional requirements*Help identify required process and technology enhancementsWe are keen to speak with Project Managers or Business Analysts with the following skills and experience:*Ability to interpret relevant information, analyse complex data, and come to well-informed conclusions*Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; a commercial and bold thinker *Excellent interpersonal, stakeholder and communication skills*Self-starter*Contact centre experience would be beneficialTo find out more about this opportunity contact us today!
