About the Role

As a Digital Account Manager, you will be responsible alongside the Performance AD for the everyday running of the activity across the account with a heavy skew towards Digital channels. It will be your job lead the campaigns, deliver innovation and strong results. You will be a key contact for mid marketing clients, holding relationships with clients, other agencies, and the immediate and wider internal team. You'll be supported by a Performance AD, Business Director, and support in-turn an Account Exec.

John Lewis finance sits within our Scale Up team - which is hope to exciting and emerging brands with huge growth ambitions. You'll build strong relationships at all levels, and we hope that you thrive in an agency which is caring, passionate, hardworking, fun and like a family (of 500!).
