A large national provider of affordable housing and supported living is looking for a Retirement Living Manager to join their team for 12 months for maternity cover. This a great opportunity to join an organisation that offers opportunities for development across the group.
Retirement Living Manager
37.5hr, Mon-Fri
The Role
To manage the delivery of a high quality retirement living housing and registered care service which meets with CQC, legislative and organisational requirements.
This job sits within Supported Living which helps people to live independently by providing high quality, registered and non-registered specialist support and housing services.
The job holder will ensure that they fully understand and fulfil their responsibilities in respect of both health & safety and equality & diversity at all times. This profile is not an exhaustive list of duties and other activities may need to be carried out requiring similar skill levels.
Main duties and responsibilities of a Retirement Living Manager:
* Managing and oversight of care delivery
* Management of staff and rota
* Liaise with key partner agencies
To be successful as a Retirement Living Manager you need:
* To be brilliant with people
* Great communication skills
* To be able to multi task
* An understanding of CQC
