About the role

Work as a Turnaround Manager for a well-established provider managing nursing homes and turning them around on the Care Inspectorate. This role is person centred, focussing on the resident and the quality of life.

This Turnaround Manager ideally located around the Central belt, you will be paid salary of £55,000 plus car allowance and a bonus scheme with an attractive annual leave allowance.

As Turnaround Manager You will be an integral part of the team working in partnership to manage homes within the group. You will work with the SMT to ensure the quality on the Care Inspectorate.

You will ensure quality is developed along with improvement plans identifying actions required to meet and exceed the company and CI requirements. As Turnaround Manager you will be expected to work in homes to cover sickness, holidays, and periods where you are needed. The criteria to be successful in applying for this role:

Care Home or Peripatetic manager background in nursing or residential care homes
Proven experience at Turnaround Manager or Home Manager level with good or improved CI reports
Established turnaround or multi-site experience in quality, regional support, operations
Nursing Qualification is essential - such as RGN / RNLD / RMN
