This particular 46 bedded private facility has 3 theatres, an endoscopy suite and outpatients department with imaging, physiotherapy and an onsite gym. They are specialists in the pre- and post-operative care for orthopaedics, cosmetics, general, gynae, ophthalmics, ENT and urology.

The Candidate / Position

As a Physiotherapy Manager you'll be responsible for managing a team of Physiotherapists to ensure the smooth running of the department. You will focus on enhanced recovery pathways working closely with Heads of Department to reduce the average length of stay for patients.

The service offers both inpatient and outpatient MSK physiotherapy. You will help grow and develop the department and be an integral part of the team - also conducting your own clinics alongside your management duties.

Minimum Requirements

- Fully qualified with a Physiotherapy degree
- HCPC registered
- Excellent skills in assessment, diagnosis and treatment of musculoskeletal conditions
- Management & development skills
- Excellent computer skills
- Excellent communication/interpersonal skills
- Time and caseload management

Salary & Benefits

This position is paying up to £50,000 - dependent upon skills and qualifications.

Location & Working Hours

This opportunity is based in Droitwich Spa and is commutable from Birmingham, Worcester, Redditch and Kidderminster

This post would see you work between Mon-Fri - 9am-5pm or equivalent. Though some flexibility will be required as needed.
