Job title: SEND Teaching Assistant
Pay: £70 to £85 (Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications)
Vision for Education is currently recruiting a SEND Teaching Assistant to join a primary school in BD7 on a long-term full-time basis from September with the possibility of a permanent position. The ideal candidate will preferably hold a level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification (but not essential) and will have recent experience in a Primary School working as a SEND Teaching Assistant. Whether you are an experienced SEND Teaching Assistant looking for flexibility or an NQT looking to professionally develop your skills, this role would be suitable for you.
This school is a based in Keighley, with a 'good' Ofsted rating dedicated to 'fostering the pursuit of excellence in academic, practical and physical skills.' The school welcomes a diverse range of pupils where pupils are encouraged to 'contribute positively to our diverse and changing society.' The Staff and Leadership teams we work with, help support all members of staff.
To be considered for the SEND Teaching Assistant position, you will:
• Have experience supporting in Primary Schools, Ideally SEND children.
• Have a genuine desire to become part of a committed team of support staff.
• Have a passion for helping to support teaching staff across all subjects.
