Accounts Payable

Accounts PayablePertemps are currently recruiting for an Accounts Payable to join a manufacturing company based in Salisbury. Our client is a SME and looking for an experience Accounts Payable to join their team immediately, this will initially be a temporary contract but could lead to a more permanent position for the right candidate.Responsilbities:- Processing of supplier invoices into the purchase ledger- Rectifying any queries with internal colleagues and external suppliers- Setting up new, and maintaining existing suppliers with accounting packages- Reconciliation of direct debits- Produce regular supplier statement reconciliations- Provide forecast pay-run information- Assist with unposted invoice accruals at period end- Processing personal expense claims in line with company guidelinesExperience required:- Previous Accounts payable experience- Experience working for a manufacturing company is desierable- Experience of accounting software and Microsoft applications- Available immediately- Clear and concise communication skillsOur client is looking for a candidate who can start immediately. Working hours are 37.5 hours per week and start times can vary slightly to suit the candidate.
