The role
This secondary school is looking for a Teaching Assistant to work predominantly with small groups of students who need classroom support to allow them to thrive in the academic environment. You must be a committed practitioner, who will work with patience to help students to aid them in the secondary stages of their education. You will need to be a collaborative and driven individual who will support the class teacher with the effective delivery of their lessons.
As a Teaching Assistant, you will have the support of a cohesive and committed team of staff who work collaboratively to maintain high standards and expectations, plus:
a well-equipped department with interactive whiteboards and excellent resources. The successful teacher will be provided with a comprehensive induction package and a wide range of CPD opportunities for all staff.
