A Mental Health Charity in Central London is looking for a Finance Officer to join the team on their P2P ledger. Client DetailsA lovely Mental Health Charity in Central London, offering Hybrid working DescriptionResponsible for processing incoming invoices and expenses for all departments and ensuring they are processed, approved and paid in an accurate and timely mannerMaintaining accurate electronic filing and storage of invoices and other necessary documentsAccurate processing of bank transactions onto the finance system and reconciling all bank accounts regularlyDaily overview of bank accounts and relaying important bank activity to relevant departmentsSetting up of all supplier and grant payments for approval by senior staffEnsure supplier records are maintained and compliant with GDPRDealing with petty cash and overseeing the purchase and delivery of merchandiseRaising sales invoices as required and taking control of debt collectionAssisting with the production of monthly financial reports and producing various ad-hoc reports as requiredPrepare accruals and prepayments in consultation with the Head of Finance and making journal adjustments or corrections as necessaryProviding relevant information or documents that may be required Profile Relevant experience within a finance office (preferably using Sage 50) and using higher functions for payment processing and import functions for swift data entryExperience in P2PExcel skills: intermediate (i.e. V-Look ups, pivot tables etc.).High level of accuracy and attention to detail Job Offer£28,000 - £29,000
