For this role you will need to have a MFL related degree, QTS status and the enthusiasm for the subject to motivate and support the other subject staff. You will need to be comfortable making final decisions on curriculum content and taking responsibility for the results of the department.

In this role you will be leading a team of teachers who will deliver lessons for MFL. During your time at this role, you will be working closely with the pastoral lead to support students in their learning.
You must ensure that staff are clear about the importance of the subject and how key it is the student's development whilst also developing and implementing policies and practices for the subject which reflect the school's commitment to high achievement through teaching.
