Senior Project Analyst Accountant

Goodman Masson are delighted to be supporting an innovative and entrepreneurial organisation that are leading the way to solving the Housing Crisis in England. This is a fast-growing private equity backed property company with a large existing portfolio and they are currently seeking to appoint a Senior Project Analyst/Finance Manager to join their team for 6-8 months.In this role you will be focused on ongoing projects in the business and taking a key position in providing financial input and oversight as they progress, working collaboratively across the finance function and the wider business and investors.Key Responsibilities include: Supporting senior members of the finance team on ad-hoc projects, working closely with the Financial Controller and Finance DirectorLeading and co-ordinating on projects as the representative of the Financial Control teamConducting analytical review of project appraisals and project cost control (budget/forecast)Works closely with FP&A, Tax and Corporate Finance teams to provide insight and assist in the delivery of key projects and workstreamsThe successful candidate will: Be a fully qualified ACCA/ACA/CIMA Accountant with 3+ years post qualification experienceHave extensive experience liaising with investors and/or stakeholdersHave extensive experience in management accounts, budgeting, business planning and forecastingBe able to present financial information at senior/Board level audiencesHave the ability to articulate and able to interpret transactional level financial data into coherent summaryDESIRABLE: Candidates from Property Sector or Worked in a PE backed / leveraged business
