Working as part of the Team, the successful candidate will be assisting clients by resolving their issues over the phone, through remote tools as well as face to face. The company supports a diverse client base across London and works with a wide range of technologies including: Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, VOIP, Azure Virtual Deskop, Microsoft Windows (Server / Desktop), Apple (iMac, Macbooks, iPads), Linux Servers, Wi-Fi Infrastructure, Internet Connectivity, PfSense routers.
