Job Title :Support Executive Salary : Up to £30,000Location : London Bridge The Company :My client delivers communication solutions to SME and Corporate companies. The product portfolio consists of Fixed Line Voice and Data, Mobile Voice and Data, Managed Services including Hosted VoIP and Managed IT Services.They are commited to theor staff and are on a growth expansion, they are commited to ensuring a development and training programme to their employyes. The Role : • Provisioning customer orders with suppliers• Raising and tracking faults with suppliers• Communicating directly with Customers to provide ongoing updates and feedback on fault and order status • Providing 1st Line support and advise to end users• Resolving customer billing queries and general enquiries • Consistent and constant updating of CRM systemsWho you are :• A Minimum of 12 months experience in a customer service delivery or support role ideally within the Telecoms but open to other industies • Excellent Organisational skills• Excellent Customer service skills • Excellent communication skills • Strong self motivation and ambition• Exposure and an understanding of CRM system and their application• Excellent PC skillsBenefits :• Flexible working • Pension• Discounted gym memeberships• Generours holiday allowance • Growth and development opportunites • Training provided If you are interested, please apply below today!
