Our client is a market leader in the across print, direct mail, marketing communications and personlaised gifts sector. Due to serious growth during the dreaded 2020 and 2021 they are looking to add more talented account managers and senior account managers to the team.

Job Purpose

To keep and grow our portfolio of key Print on Demand accounts and provide a safe pair of hands for our clients that they trust because they know you OWN their service delivery interests for our Mass Customised division

Role outline
  • Focused on customer retention & growth through customer service excellence measured with NPS and KPIs
  • Manages all areas of client stock levels & communication between internal & external stakeholders
  • Manages client expectation and provide trusted information for production related communication
  • The ability to anticipate, triage and prioritise risk and run service planning both short term and long term
  • Ensuring revenue and margin targets are achieved by optimising clients products in manufacturing and cross selling our expansive catalogue of products to enable our clients to capture more revenue
  • Develop strategies to solve issues or improve the service level performance, for roll out including research on the issue and contribute to resolution and crucially support production resolution.
  • Manage the onboarding process of new products and clients including planning, SOP documentation, performance analysis and production optimisation

Key skills and experience required
  • Experience within the dynamic and exciting world of print on demand and fulfilment
  • You must have first-hand experience in account management within this area of the print industry
  • Have an amazing eye for detail within project management, ensuring each programme is delivered on time
  • Technical understanding of Digital print production, spanning Indigo, toner, dye sub, UV inkjet, Direct to object
  • Be commercially strong, with an understanding of market rates and product pricing methods
  • An understanding of mail service providers and their services for National and International parcel delivery
  • Software experience spanning, Microsoft 365, Oneflow/Siteflow (desirable), Adobe creative cloud and more
  • Have great communication and presentation skills to support customers and internal teams

  • To comply with the Company's Information Security Management System at all times
  • To comply with all Health and Safety and Quality and Environmental Management System policies and procedures adopted by the Company at all times
  • To pro-actively participate in the development, operation and improvement of the Company's Management Systems in relation to our external accreditations and legal obligations, for example, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 27001 and Health and Safety
  • To be well presented for work and conduct yourself in a professional and responsible manner at all times
  • To fulfill the Company's requirements with regard to the Company's Management Information Systems at all times
  • To follow all administrative procedures adopted by the Company at all times
