Network & Security Engineer

Network & Security Engineer - 6 months contract - Inside IR35

Network & Security Engineer required to work for a market leading Financial Services organisation based in London.

This Network and Security Position offers Hybrid working - Network Engineer will be required to attend a London office weekly.

This Network and Security Engineer role will mainly be involved in delivering projects, but this role will also cover BAU activities.

Key Experience for the Network & Security Engineer will include:

Inside IR35
Ideally having worked in the Financial Services Industry
Palo Alto 10 Experience Essential
Experience Migrating from Cisco to Palo Alto
Must have experience working with AWS Cloud
Experience with Prism Access
Experience in supporting MPLS and SD-Wan Technologies

Ideally having experience with PAN-OS - Panorama

Experience with Automation - Pyhton, Java, C#
Firewall Experience - Palo Alto experience essential

Any experience in migrating to Palo Alto from Cisco or other products advantageous
Any experience with Prism Access an advantage

Creation of Firewall rules and policies
Any Cisco certifications - CCNA - CCNP - useful
Any use of - Cisco DNA, Cisco ISE and Cisco SDA
Ideally holding Palo Alto Certification - PCCSE, PCNSE, PCSAE, PCNSA
You will need to go through some background and Credit checks prior to starting - My customer will wait up to 4 weeks for the right candidate
