Elevation Senior Finance are currently looking to recruit a Finance Manager in Wakefield on behalf of a market-leading manufacturing business that is set for continual growth over the next few years. Reporting to the Finance Director, this is a fast-paced role that will form a crucial link between finance and the wider business. Producing the month-end results, whilst ensuring the board receive value adding management reports, which drives decision making.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an Accountant with experience within the manufacturing sector looking for that next step up in their career in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Key duties and responsibilities will include:
-Preparation of monthly management accounts
-Preparation of monthly accounting pack for submission to senior management
-Weekly Cash Flow & P&L forecasting
-Product Costing and Analysis
-Reporting on budgetary variances
-Maintaining and improving the reporting capabilities within the system
-Completing and submitting all HMRC submissions, including Intrastat & VAT returns
-Managing, reporting on and reconciling all intercompany costs
-Year-end audit preparation
-Preparation and reporting of key KPI's for the business
