A higher education institution is looking for an interim Employee Relations Manager to join their team for an initial 6 months,to start as soon as possible. The role is based in London with hybrid arrangements.

An Employee Relations Manager:
- No direct reports
- Provide an understanding of HR procedures and be an expert in employment law
- Lead and manage your own portfolio of employee relation cases, ranging from simpler cases, such as sickness absence up to complex cases
- Provide advice, coaching and training to managers
- Managing cases from disciplinary, grievance, misconduct, harassment and potentially employment tribunal
- Work with autonomy
Profile
An Employee Relations Manager:
- Experience of managing a high volume of case work
- Experience of managing complex cases
- Ability to work autonomously
