Project Manager - Lunaz Design

The Lunaz Group remanufactures and electrifies passenger, commercial and industrial vehicles through three distinct companies: Lunaz Applied Technologies, Lunaz Design and Lunaz Powertrain.

Purpose of the role:

To work as part of the Lunaz Design team to manage, track and progress a number of vehicle projects from the moment a sale is captured until the final product vehicle is shipped to the customer. All vehicle projects are complex and high impact that require systems and processes to be implemented to get new content and technologies to market faster and more efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own and track projects closely to ensure they are delivered to specification, on time and within budget.

• Issue and Risk identification, management and escalation.

• Project planning, taking inputs from all project stakeholders.

• Writing progress reports and presenting project KPI's to all levels within the business.

• Running checkpoint and milestone reviews.

• Develop strong relationships and become a trusted advisor to all project stakeholders.

• Identify opportunities to develop and implement solutions to keep Lunaz moving forward.

• Engineering release management and progress chasing.


• The ability to present compelling data-driven stories that resonate with stakeholders.

• Good use of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel. With Excel in particular the ability use nested IF, AND, OR functions as well as VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables.

• Exceptional communication, presentation and business writing skills including the ability to liaise with manufacturing, technical and business colleagues.

• Ability to communicate succinctly and clearly about needs and issues.


• 3+ years of experience working at an automotive OEM or equally complex project management environment.

• Hands on work with ERP systems. Work with SAP in particular is desirable.

• Has BoM management and BoM health check experience, for example undertaken CAD to BoM alignment activities.

• Passion, resilience and energy required to implement and drive change.

• Ability to create and maintain their own momentum in workplace.

• Good attitude and optimistic towards the future.



• 3 A levels at grade A* - C or equivalent preferably in STEM subjects.

• 5 GCSE's at grade A* to C or equivalent including Maths and English.


• Project management certification in Prince2, AgilePM and/or Change Management.

• 2.1 Batchelor's degree or Masters degree in any discipline.
