Comments from some of our previous Trainee Repair Technicians on their experience in the Training Academy .....

The Training Academy was an attractive offer and a great way into a techy role. The training was very good and I learned countless skills. I certainly gained a lot of repair knowledge.
I enjoy my new job. I like learning new skills. It is my reason for getting out of bed in the morning. Working for TMT First feels like working for one big family.
TMT First's Training Academy was my way into a job I now love.
I felt more comfortable learning the ropes first and then growing alongside the company's expectations.
It was intense but a great experience. I liked the group environment. The training helped as a step to prepare for the day-to-day operations in the Repair Centre.
The training also gives you the opportunity to ask questions, as the trainers are available all the time.Read the full interviews on our Blog page at (url removed).
