We're looking for a part-time freelance Social Media Manager to join our growing team at . Our vision is to produce outstanding communications so clients are seen and heard, representing their people and their brands, when it matters most. Many companies turn to us when they are about to hit the front pages of the newspapers or find themselves trending on social media for all the wrong reasons.

And now we're looking for our first part-time freelance Social Media Manager. The key purpose of the job is to navigate the social media landscape and deliver great analysis for clients. It is about helping to limit reputational damage with strong strategic advice before, during and after a crisis. Key tasks include:

Using your social media expertise to support clients in a crisis, so they avoid trending or becoming the story and reducing negative social engagement
Delivering on all aspects of client social media management, monitoring and reporting, producing content to deadline and drafting guidelines to blend with existing policies / starting from afresh

Providing sound social media advice during a live issue, working alongside our team, freelancers and clients, sometimes out of hours

Following social media developments, wins and losses, in current affairs and emerging trends, converting news into succinct analysis for clients and our team
Writing, researching and pitching for existing clients and new business and maintaining meticulous attention to detail and quality
Growing our social media expertise and client offer, by contributing your views, enabling us to think big and learn together as a dedicated and supportive team
You'll be joining an ambitious and fun team working remotely, with occasional meetings in and around London and Reading. We are flexible on exact hours, and anticipate this will be about 15 - 22.5 hours worked across 7 days a week, with huge capacity to grow role.
