Location: Staines upon Thames

Role Description

The Head Office Finance Manager will be responsible for cost management and accounting of the centralised business functions and for compiling total business performance reporting. Build and monitor key financial controls and be the central point of contact on the audit teams. As Finance Manager you will have strong relationship management skills for developing and maintaining internal and external stakeholders. You will be passionate about continuous improvement and delivering value-added and diverse sets of data. As Finance Manager you will have exceptional analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills combined a focus on achieving deadlines and maintaining the highest quality output.

  • Business performance reporting (Weekly, monthly, annual)
  • Central Overheads preparation and management
  • Managing the central budgeting process
  • Business partnering with cost centre owners
  • Balance sheet controls review
  • Capital governance and reporting
  • External audit management
  • implement best in class processes
  • Maintaining key stakeholder relationships
  • Manage and develop one direct report

Skills and Experience

As Head Office Finance Manager, you will possess strong interpersonal skills and have the drive and determination to achieve results through people and deliver on deadlines. You will have strong numerical skills and be a logical thinker. ACA qualified with IFRS technical skills, auditing experience and familiar with designing processes and controls. SAP GL experience and strong Excel skills are essential for this role. Creating Microsoft Power BI reports and awareness of US-SOX controls would be advantageous.
