• Demonstrable experience in successfully leading engineering projects and management of teams, ideally managing Onsure and Offshore Teeams

• A strong understanding of delivering engineered solutions, to specification, on budget and on time

• Experience and understanding of a project governance/ methodology

• Ability to support appropriate decision making, balancing potentially conflicting commercial and technical drivers

• Ability to exercise independent judgement applying scientific and technical knowledge

• Strong influencing, communication, presentation and negotiating skills. Must have excellent fluency in spoken and written English Flexible and capable of working in a complex environment

• Must have a methodical approach to problem solving, with strong analytical skills and ability to lead and influence cross functional teams

• Ability to build and maintain rapport with internal and external customers / suppliers

• Self-motivated and resourceful

• Good team development & leadership skills, providing high levels of energy with strong team engagement

• Driven to deliver solutions, ideas and innovations in a positive and pragmatic way

• Passionate about quality and best practice whilst always striving for continuous improvement
