1st/2nd Line Support Engineer O365

Our client has an immediate requirement for a 1st/2nd Line Support Engineer based on-site in Central London.

The initial short-term contract will require you to provide technical support, responding to incidents and service requests raised with the Service Desk.

Within the role as 1st/2nd Line Support Engineer, you will be working with the following skills as a minimum:

Office 365
Active Directory
Citrix XenDesktop
Windows/MacOS
Microsoft Exchange
LAN/WAN
