My client, a global technology organisation, is looking for a Business Analyst. Supporting the Regional Programme Manager by leading parts of an end-to-end iterative project delivery cycle on behalf of the region, working alongside an overall worldwide program management function.

Demonstrable experience of business processes within a sales environment is required, particularly strong knowledge of the sales pipeline process (Lead to Order), ideally with a B2B focus. Ideally, have experience in one CRM packaged solution (Salesforce) or in-house custom sales tools. While not expected to be technical, the candidate must be comfortable in technical discussions related to business, functional, integration, and reporting requirements as well as testing and cutover.

The individual must be able to operate autonomously across multiple teams in a matrix organisation and be able to demonstrate experience of successful project delivery in such an environment. The role sits within a larger worldwide sales and processes group that additionally focuses on project management and delivery of strategic projects both within EMEIA and worldwide.

Manage deliveries of varying scale and complexity within region working within an over-arching worldwide programme
Informally lead / direct cross-functional teams, that can be both technical and/or commercial in background, with consultative direction from management
Assist in the definition & review of business requirements, ensuring clarity and establishing expectations for services requested
Undertake business process analysis and document findings to playback and drive business requirements for handoff to delivery teams. Some key deliverables include business process mapping, business requirement definition documents, use cases and data analysis to support decision making and prioritisation
Develop and execute project plans, defining scope, schedule, deliverables, resource and cost
Help prioritise team activities and drive resolution of issues/dependencies across all areas of the project
Effectively communicate status and issues to team members, management and other project stakeholders
Facilitate focused, concise status and design meetings
Anticipate issues and manage risks
Co-ordinate activities of others associated with the project, including supervisors and individual contributors
Soft Skills Required
Detail-oriented and organised, who is able to focus on keeping accurate documentation
Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to work autonomously on large scale manual tasks
Great interest & potentially a thought leader in end-to-end B2B sales
Flexible working style and an ability to establish trust and credibility quickly
Customer & service focused, able to work on parallel initiatives
Good verbal and interpersonal skills
Strong verbal and written communication
Delivery focused on the ability to work across and with a variety of functional teams to meet deadlines
Technical Skills Required
An understanding of the components and considerations required when building corporate systems and working with CRM solutions (e.g. key architecture components, integration, security, scalability, usability )
Aptitude and interest in large enterprise systems
Third-party/ indirect sales experience, someone that has worked with CRM within sales teams
Good understanding of the data management principles
Experience in defining process documentation (including defining process flows, use cases, wireframes)
Good understanding of basic Business Intelligence tools & concepts
