Hayley Group Limited is offering an exciting position for an Onsite Account Manager based at their branch in Gloucester. In addition to joining an established company, they offer a competitive salary and optional membership to their healthcare scheme.

Job Title: Onsite Account Manager

Location: Hayley Gloucester, Unit B2, Nexus Court, Gloucester Business Park, Hurricane Road, Brockworth, Gloucester, Gloucestershire, GL3 4AG

Working Hours: 40 hours per week Monday to Friday (Additional working hours may be required)

As an Onsite Account Manager, you will be acting as a lead point of contact for your assigned customers. A key member of the Gloucester branch, the Account Manager role is a fast-paced and rewarding role, in which you will be required to ensure that client needs are understood and satisfied in a timely and efficient manner. This may involve assisting with sales, resolving customer queries and complaints, collecting and analysing data, and identifying opportunities to grow business.

Other responsibilities may include:

* Building and developing relationships with clients based on trust and respect.

* Overseeing customer account management, across all relevant sites.

* Collaborating internally within the branch, and the wider network, to facilitate customer requirements.

* Keeping accurate records pertaining to inventory, stock levels and account notes.

* Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of company products and services.

The ideal candidate will have following key skills:

* Experience as an account manager or in a similar role would be beneficial

* Good communication skills, both written and verbal

* Able to prioritise workload, with a good attention to detail

* Experience in delivering solutions to customer needs

* Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills

Full training for the role will be provided.
