My client based in Bracknell is currently looking for a strong HR Administrator to join their team within a hybrid role.
Do you have excellent communication skills and have experience of supporting all levels of employees, including management?

- Excellent communication skills.
- Have the ability to manage high workloads and have high attention to detail.
- Manage transactional/administrative services to agreed standards.
- Provide accurate and timely information and advice and have experience of UK and European HR policies.
- Writing letters and mail merging experience.
- Have the ability to hit the ground running and ideally have shared services experience.
- Be used to working in fast paced environment as you will be servicing a high number of employees.
- Experience in holiday calculations, processing benefits, processing new starters, P60's and payroll queries.
- Experience of dealing with queries through a case management tool and referring more complex cases to an HR Advisor.
