Locality Assessment and Review Manager

6 month contract

Hybrid working based in Birmingham

£365 per day (INSIDE IR35)

Interviews will be by Microsoft Teams

The postholder is responsible for meeting the national and local KPI's and reporting directly to the All Age Continuing Health Care Adults Lead. The post will report information on any delays which occur in meeting national framework guidance. This will include delays to assessments and reviews. Where necessary contribute to improvement strategy to prevent delays through quality issues in submission of DSTs to MDT.

The post holder is responsible for ensuring the statutory requirements as laid out in the National Framework for NHS Continuing Healthcare (CHC) and NHS - Funded Nursing Care (FNC) is implemented. The postholder will develop robust processes and procedures and policies which are compliant with legislative and national guidance and in accordance with CCG responsibilities.


* Experience of working within the NHS.

* Previous Review Management experience is needed

* Knowledge of transition process for children and young people who are transitioning into Adults

* Provide and receive highly complex, sensitive and contentious information, negotiate with senior stakeholders on difficult and controversial issues, and present complex and sensitive information to large and influential groups.

* Candidates must be flexible with going on-site
