A leading association for the water sector is seeking a Training and Audit Manager to ensure members are trained and audited to Company standards, and be a focal point for its' Members on technical, training and audit matters. The Training and Audit Manager will have recently worked in an instructional or training environment, be willing to travel around the UK, and have good people skills. As this is a home-based role when not visiting customer sites you can be based anywhere in the UK. Training is provided on the auditing side.

Key Responsibilities:
Organise, promote and administer of all training courses, including physical, on-line and remote
Organise and administer of all audits, including liaising with 3rd party organisations
Ensure Association and members are kept updated with legislation/regulation changes that may impact the industry by liaising with the appropriate bodies
To work closely with members and GM offering advice and a helpful service
Knowledge, skills and qualifications:
Essential:
Have previously worked in an instructional or training environment
Have great communication and teamwork skills
Be personable and have good people skills
Be willing to travel across the UK
Desirable:
Have previously worked in the water industry
Have experience auditing
Salary: £30,000 to £35,000 DOE
Benefits: Home-based role, Training provided (3-month program)
