Our client, a global food outlet, are looking for a Digital Creative Guru to join their very successful In-House Production team. This busy team are responsible for designing their weekly in store leaflets, Press and Local Store Marketing activity. This team is also responsible for producing and maintaining the digital leaflet that is hosted on the website & app as well as their instore digital signage.

You'll be responsible for creating a range of digital and print-ready artwork for the weekly in store offers, promotions and campaigns, your work will be really high quality, on brief and always in line with our Brand Guidelines.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Design high-quality print-based artwork within set templates and guidelines for channels including the weekly leaflet, static in-store posters, national press and our local store marketing collateral
Design and publish digital signage creative within set templates and guidelines for the weekly in-store promotions and branded content
Design the digital leaflet pages and other digital assets within set templates and guidelines in line with the company weekly content strategy
High attention to detail across product details including prices, descriptions & t&cs
Profiling and supplying high-resolution, print-ready artwork files.
Support the online team with additional art working responsibilities when required
Manage the asset collection and integration into pieces of artwork
Manage the sign off process with relevant stakeholders ensuring artwork is delivered within deadlines and to a high degree of accuracy
Acting as brand guardian and ensuring that the company corporate style guide is adhered to
Work to tight daily and weekly internal and external planning and print deadlines
Communicating to the Team Manager any concerns, issues, missing information etc. in a timely manner
Updating the Team Manager at regular intervals as to the progress and/or completion of tasks and projects
Constantly looking for opportunities to improve ways of working and communication between internal departmentsPERSON SPECIFICATION:

A relevant design based degree or minimum 2 years' digital artworker experience is essential
Excellent Adobe After Effects skills are essential
In depth knowledge of Adobe CC InDesign in a Mac Environment
Previous experience preparing items for print
High levels of accuracy with meticulous attention to detail
The ability to work well in a team as well as individually
Strong communication skills both written and verbal
A proactive approach
The ability to multitask and handle conflicting deadlines
