Job Title: Registered Nurse
Location: Milton Keynes
Rate of Pay:
Swanstaff are looking for a bright and enthusiastic Registered nurse to join our team supporting Residents with their everyday living encouraging them to live independently. The home was purpose built around the original dwelling in 1989. Residents have their own bedroom and a shared lounge/dining room, summer lounge, and gardens providing them a homely environment to live in with qualified staff that complete a high dependency care service everyday. As a Registered Nurse you will work alongside Healthcare workers and assist them with providing care and support to each resident this includes administering medication, assisting with personal care, meals, activities ect.
Requirements
Assisting residences to the access community
Supporting with the preparation of meals and drinks
Manage daily activities in care plan
Administrating medication
Assisting with bathing, showering, making bed and feeding
Companionship and care in a variety of setting
Encouraging residents to feel comfortable and confident in their abilities to live independently
