Job Role: Teaching Assistant 1-1 Support
Pay Range: £350 a week
Location: Rumney, Cardiff (CF3)
Start Date: 1st September 2022
Duration: Academic Year 2022/23
You will be working on a 1-1 basis with a pupil in reception class who has specific medical needs. You will support them with their educational and health needs and ensure they feel included within the classroom. This position will be starting in September 2022 with the potential to trial before the start date. This is an extremely rewarding role for the right person, and you can really make a difference to the child's life!

The Ideal Teaching Assistant
You will be a patient and adaptable person. Ideally you will have previous experience working with children with additional needs, however this is not necessary but a willingness to learn is crucial. You will be friendly and approachable. You will also have a nurturing personality.
You Will Need
Child Only Enhanced DBS (We can help you obtain this)
Registered with the Education Workforce Council (Likewise we can help with this)
Experience working with children in a professional or personal capacity (Ideal but not Compulsory)
UK Drivers licence (Desired)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
