Interim Finance Manager

Axon Moore are pleased to be working with an owner managed business based in Preston that is looking to recruit an Interim Finance manager for a period of 6 months. This role will support the Financial controller on the day to day finance and help with some continuous improvements. Key responsibilities

• Responsible for formally approving the submission of month-end close and ensuring the highest standards of accuracy.
• Ensure accurate and timely statutory reporting. Where time applicable successfully aid YE-audits.
• Providing Business Partnering services to assure achievement of the overall business objectives, analysing data to initiate improvements, cost savings and continuous improvement.
• Ensure the accurate and complete accounting and reporting of job costs, overhead, inventory, controls and policies, and physical counts.
• Manage and complete the budgeting/forecasting processes to corporate time lines. Ensure full analysis and bridging is undertaken.
