Job duties:

Deliver monthly 121s to all agents within allocated team, preparing and following up action and developments for agents

Ensure all shifts are correctly staffed and that team has correct priorities to ensure all work is covered within SLA

Follow up on any outstanding issues with other teams

???????Work with Senior Advisors and Manager to review training methods - content and delivery

Recruitment of new staff

Dealing with any HR issues

Assist with onboarding of new customers
