Head of Finance - Temporary to Permanent

Accountable Executive are working with a well established organisation based in the Wirral for a Head of Finance on a temporary to permanent basis. Reporting directly into the Finance Director you will be responsible for managing a team of 5 overseeing the financials for the business. Key day to day duties will include: - Leads all financial planning and analysis (FP&A), including forecasting, budgeting, and cash flow management. (including new budgeting model)- Oversee finance team to ensure delivery- Prepares monthly and annual financial reports including building reporting pack- Oversees and reviews accounting tasks, including payroll, taxes and compliance- Maintain key relationships with third parties- Presents financial reports to executives, board members, and other stakeholders- Liaise with auditors and banks- Collaborate with executives and directors to create budgets and track KPIs- Commercial link with operations and sales- Corporate tax strategy and planningThe successful candidate MUST have:- Professional qualification ACA, ACCA or CIMA- Previous experience in a similar role- A short notice periodDay rate between: £500 - £550 inside IR35Some flexibility with working hours.For more information please contact Paul Roberts at Accountable Executive on .
